As an online university, we have no physical campus, but we do maintain a physical office in Charles Town, West Virginia. We staff the phones 7 days a week. All operating hours are Eastern Time. If you call outside our regular business hours and need to leave a voicemail, please include your student ID and a callback number. Below is our general contact information.
