On [DATE], American Public University System combined with Rasmussen University and Hondros College of Nursing to form a single higher education institution. American Public University System (System) now includes American Public University, American Military University, Rasmussen University, and Hondros College of Nursing. The System is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Public Education, Inc. (APEI). Application Fee: $100

Course materials: Through our University Book Grant, textbooks and/or e-books are provided at no charge to students in the doctoral program.

Graduation fee: $250

Doctor of Strategic Intelligence: $50,054

Course work: 58 hours at $863* per credit
Dissertation phase, one credit per term ($863) until the dissertation is defended and all graduation requirements are complete.
Residency Costs: First and third residencies are virtual; student pays the cost for the second residency
